swomichat is our preview of the whole platform. You fill a store, the knowledge base behind a page, then watch the page build itself and the AI helper answer messages. It's labelled as a preview, it says it's AI, and you sign in with an access code from our team.

What you'll see in the preview
The preview walks you through the whole platform as it will work once accounts open, from your store and your page to your messages, your controls and your cycles. It runs on the same kind of AI that the platform will use when it launches. Before you begin, one screen explains exactly what the preview records and the reasons why, and then it asks for your permission.

Our AI rules
These rules apply in the preview today, and they will apply on the platform when it opens. They exist so that you always know when you're talking to AI, what it's allowed to do on your behalf, and which outside providers it depends on.

It explains its suggestions
When it suggests how to use your cycles, the work Swomi does for you, it tells you why.
It can be wrong
We don't claim it's always right. Don't rely on it for credit, jobs, housing, insurance or investing.
You approve
Nothing goes out for you beyond the rules you set.
We name our AI providers
We list each outside provider in our Trust Center before we use it.
